Due to the fact that I did not go lift weights on Friday, I decided to both Jazzercise and lift weights yesterday.
I’m incredibly sore today. However, the feeling of accomplishment I have is worth it.
Not to mention, eating is just more fun when you work out.
I stayed with the same weights as last time
Squat 165# 3sets of 5
Overhead Press 60# 3sets of 5
Barbell Deadlift 165# 1set of 5
All of those are my work sets. I do quite a few warm up sets that aren’t worth mentioning here. If you’re interested, you can follow me on Fitocracy.
After my post on Halloween, several people asked me how they can make sure that their chocolate is cruelty-free. Your best bet is to buy Fair Trade, however there are several brands that aren’t considered Fair Trade and are still not sourced from child slave labor. They also have an app you can download so that you can always feel comfortable with your purchases when that nagging craving hits!
